A) Replace: Upper, Lower , Blow molds, & Bottom mold cylinders seals (check for stress crack and re chrome if need, Repair any bad treads)

B) Replace all O rings on hydraulic valves & filters

C) Flush hydraulic tank, clean magnets 

D) Toshiba motor: Replace bearings, clean, Bake windings & Run test.

E) Inspect pump cartridges, Front (bearing) housing & pump shaft, Replace pump bearings & seals

F) Blow mold platens: flush water passes replace bolts with Unbrako brand, Inspect slides metal (4) 

G) Heater exchange: clean, dip, pressure test, new zinc bars (4) & gaskets 

H) Replace seals on all air cylinder and inspect bushings.

I) Replace all hydraulic hoses with Yates brand 

j) Inspect high pressure air valves & check valves and replace V284

k) Inspect & check barrel heater bands and wire connectors 

L) Replace bad plexiglass on safety cage with ¼" 

M) Injection unit IU-110: Replace wear ring, Piston rings, Ball bearing, V packing, Cover bushing, Felt ring, Seals, Nomex paper for shut off nozzle clean water passes on feed throat , Kawasaki motor replace O rings 

N) The low-pressure air valves: Inspect. 

O) Inspect all water & air hoses

P) Rotation Table: Check table for straightness with 0.10 to 0.15 TIR.  Inspect lock pin bushings, Table support brackets, Replace gear box oil
